Steel Cactus is a relatively new Mexican restaurant in Shadyside. The restaurant occupies the second and third levels of a building on Walnut Street, above Victoria’s Secret and overlooking the Apple Store.             Upon walking into the restaurant, customers immediately notice the Mexican themed decorations all around the building. Gregg Caliguri (class of 1987) is the owner of the restaurants Walnut Grill and Shady Grove in Shadyside and Walnut Grove, which has locations in Fox Chapel and Wexford.
